According to samsung official infor, I’m so sorry to tell you that you can’t use the Sprint samsung exclaim as a modem to connect your PC with internet. As Samsung does not offer a Data Kit software package on samsung exclaim , for the purpose of transferring data between the handset and a personal computer or for using a Sprint handset as a modem for a personal computer.

There is a way to transfer files between this phone and a pc.
Depending on the bluetooth adapter, you may have software on the pc that will let you pair up and transfer files (I use a D-Link DBT-120).

Yes Dave, most Sprint phones have the ability to connect to a pc and allow internet access
