Recently according to the latest internal information, we learn that sprint is going to release the Android 2.1 update for HTC Hero on May 7th via sprint all stores with technicians and service centers along with availability on HTC’s support site. The update release date is deleay from the original April 30th to May 7, it is said because there is some change at the last minute.
Moreover, I want to tell you needn’t back up all important information on your device before applying the update, as it does not affect information stored on memory cards, only the information stored on the devices internal memory.
There is no latest infor on the status of Android 2.1 update for Samsung moment and HTC Hero’s.
